Time to share my experience with back-testing and how it improves my trading.
During my first days of trading, I always here the back-testing, I have no idea how important it is in my trading.
I'm totally out of path to success, I want a 100% system that if I apply today I will see immediate results.
Then I realize that's why I'm jumping from one system to another because I don't trust my system, and I always hop to another one.
Back-testing removed my "hopping system" from my trading career.
I just stick to one system and back-tested it for a year, and and forward testing adds more confidence on how I trade this system.
That's the power of back testing, it will show you that a system is winning and losing but in the end it will give you a positive return.
Back-testing removes the emotion on trading, if still in doubt forward-testing eliminates all the emotional hindrance in trading.
I'm happy slowly slowly I'm getting there.
I will publish all my report and performance in this blog.
I want to inspire other people who are struggling as a forex trader on how to do this business properly.
