I usually trade or look at my trading set-up @ 3pm Asian time, so that's the start of Euro session. I don't trade that session, it's just I want to do my morning routine first, then lunch and ill take a nap or just do nothing.
Then 3pm snack or mirienda time here, then I'll open my platform or do my trading routine.
My routine for trading is I'll read first articles from my mentor or watch youtube video from my mentor. This way I will align my mind for the proper trade psychology.
When I just started ttading I remember I immediately open my mt4 platform in my platform and if I feel that I want to enter the market I will enter hahaha. FUNNY DAYS is over.Thoose are one of my never again moments in my trading journey.
