Living in the Philippines and working abroad is financially good.
Since 1 US dollar = Php 45 (as of this writting), earning dollar is really a good income. But working outside the country is really challenging emotionally. Living away from your family, adopting to different culture are some of the challenges in this type of work.
Working at sea is really hard you have to stay in the middle of the ocean and endure different sea condiiton. I am just wondering how people see you as a millionaire or someone who has unlimited amount of money. They dont realize is that by the time they are on vacation they dont have source of income.
This cycle is endless. People go abroad works for how many months or years then took a vacation then loss all his savings.
He cant stay any longer and needs to apply again for another job. So this becomed cycle forever.
Thats why i break that cycle. As early as now you have the power to control your life! If you dont do something it will be cycle. If you just go with the flow then go with them. It's not hard you are just afraid for a change.
